As you listen to this episode, take the time to be kind to yourself since we talked about challenging topics, I will add some resources at the end of the description.

    Quick update and thank you!

    Quick update and thank you!

Oi gente! ("Hi everyone" in Portuguese)

I just wanted to give you all a quick update about the podcast and thank everyone who has been listening to it. Through this podcast I have made new connections with awesome people, I've had many moments of joy and the amazing support of my family and friends, but I also had many moments of insecurities and fear. It' is so scary to be vulnerable and to *literally* get your voice out there, but let me tell you, there is something very special in sharing your story, it may be terrifying but be sure of one thing: you are not alone.

Stay tuned for next week's episode!
