    In this episode I got to chat with my sister and friend, Social Worker and Life Coach Shameka White. Shameka is the founder of Soul-Lutions to Healing, LLC where she provides a confidential and therapeutic space for women to heal. Her retreat services and spiritual life coaching provides tools to help support women throufh life's challenges as well as help them discover their purpose. Shameka's survival of domestic violence has fortified her passion to help others. Depending on your needs, she curates customizable one-on-one and group retreats.
    Shameka has a vision to create an environment of safety, comfort and healing for her retreat clients. Shameka will be appearing in an upcoming episode of TV One's "Fatal Attraction" where she was featured as an expert/therapist. Shameka is currently a doctoral student at Regent University pursuing a Ph.D in Psychological Studies and Counseling. 
    Shameka talks about the importance of prioritizing our health and filling our cups. She takes us through some of the signs to look for to identify signs of burnout and tips to avoid it.

As a realtor, Tori works with clients interested in renting or purchasing property as well as sellers to list their property. Tori shares some tips for potential buyers to help them achieve their home buying dream. Tori shares the importance of managing her time as she prioritizes caring for her son, herself and her other passions and interests which include poetry, car detailing and planning events.

    In this episode I got to chat with Tylra Lee-Cummings founder of the non-profit  organization, All Roads to Success. 
    A.R.T.S. offers a network of programs, services and support to assist individuals at becoming economically self-sufficient. Their mission is to provide hope, resources, social services, professional attire, internships, supportive services, economic development tools and a plan to help individuals and families thrive in all areas of life.
    Tylra talks about how her own life events resulted in her relocating and rebuilding her own life. This transition and her faith has fueled her passion to serve and assist others. Tylra is also a Career Coach at New Jersey City University which allows her to work with students to help prepare them for job interviews.
    Tylra is motivated by the people that she gets to work with. A.R.T.S. is looking for a building/location thas is accessible to help house their donations.
