Welcome to episode 6. In this episode we talk to a lovely member of the DVR team, Nicole. Nicole has been part of DVR from the beginning, she is an avid horse rider, fitness and yoga instructor, and all round incredible human being. We talk about the benefits of doing lots of different types of fitness rather than just one and how this can help your riding, a bit of background into her fitness career, what inspires her, and she reveals the interesting reasoning behind her social media name 'Salty Fitness'. We discuss what it's like living with her invisible illness, Cystic Fibrosis, and the positives that come with living in the now, and in turn, living life to the full. In Episode 5 we talk to the amazing Lydia Heywood, you won't believe she's only 22 years old! Lydia represents Jamaica competitively and produces her own and others horses. Lydia also spends time mentoring minority riders and focusing on creating opportunities, increasing diversity and inclusion. We talk bringing on horses and eventing, the journey to riding for Jamaica, the fantastic work of the Ebony horse club and Lydia's involvement in this, and lots more!

In Episode 4, we have the honour of speaking to the incredible rider that is Natasha Baker. Natasha is a five time paralympic dressage champion and five time european champion. At the London 2012 games, she won double golds and set a Paralympic record in her freestyle. Her double gold achievement was recognised by the Queen and she was honoured with an MBE. Overall, so far Natasha has won 11 gold medals and 5 silvers medals from both the London and Rio Paralympics, the World Equestrian Games, and European championships. We talk about Natasha's history, getting into riding, her horses and experiences of the Paralympics. Part 2 to follow.

Callum bravely took on his first livery yard at the age of 16 after using his pocket money to share a horse up to this point, he has put on events at some of the best venues and training camps with the likes of Piggy French, Ros Canter, Gemma Tattersall, Caroline Moore, Harry Meade and Ben Hobday to name a few, and just celebrated his 19th birthday sharing birthday cake with Emily King.
