As a self proclaimed “growth junkie”, Mark formed LEAF Growth Ventures, a consultancy company committed to helping individuals teams and organizations find purpose and fulfilling their true growth potential while helping make the world a better place to live. He is the author of a new book coming out this fall titled The Purposeful Growth Revolution - Four Ways to Grow from Leader to Legacy Builder.

Mark's personal brand ethos is: I don't want to just make money and retire, I want to make a difference and inspire. This means making a difference in the lives of others, while inspiring them to want to do likewise. Mark calls this concept, "paying it backwards".

Mark's brand promise to others is: I inspire purposeful growth - a desire to help others along their growth journey.

Mark's brand style is competent, confident and inspiring.
