Mike talks about his events company Run Cheshire and how some of his races have caught the headlines year in year out (for good reasons). Helen talks about getting her runs in when she works on US time as well as her drive for ultras. They both explain about how they manage their running with 3 daughters busy schedules and how they prepare to race, but do they always actually race after their warm up.
