David talks with Lake Nona resident, Luis Puertas. David met Luis in 2011, as the Homes for Our Troops organization was building a handicap accessible home for him. Now, he is in Tokyo, competing in the 2020 Paralympic Games as a member of TEAM USA. He will be competing in the 200 m sprint on September 3rd.
