Episode 45 - How to make uncertainty your ally to conceiving your baby.

Would you pay good money to watch a new, hot movie in the theatre – but watch it from the end to beginning? That’d be a waste of your hard-earned cash and a super boring/confusing date night. Yet, when it comes to your fertility – yearning to know how its gonna turn out is a daily worry that leaves you feeling unnecessarily out of control. I’ve had many women say to me, “I can wait Spenser. I just want to know IF it will happen. THEN I’ll relax. I’ll admit that the uncertainty was easily the most frustrating part of the journey for me personally. But when I look back, learning how to embrace uncertainty and the uncomfortable feelings of “not knowing” – was actually a vital skill that 1. opened me up to conceiving and 2. showed me how to let go and enjoy the process (without feeling obsessed about TTC). Because, believe it or not, uncertainty is not the enemy and can even be an ally to conceiving your baby. In this week’s podcast, you’ll learn: What the invitation of uncertainty is really asking of you and how to apply it to your daily life. How to stop worrying about “when” and starting focusing on the now, to increase your mind-body-fertility connection. And why uncertainty offers you the most highly respected and rewarding life skills out there. Listen now mama-bear.

Episode 44 - How to know if you’re making the right decisions.

How many times have you worried about thinking the “right” thoughts, eating the “right” foods, and acting the “right” way? If you’re like me, you’ve spent an unfortunate amount of time here. It’s unfortunate – because my answer to this question is: Are you making the “right” decisions ACCORDING TO WHO? WHO has your monkey mind conjured up as being this almighty power, judging and evaluating your every move? WHO do you imagine is screaming HOTTTERRRR or COLLLLDDDEERRR to you, as you decide what to make for dinner tonight? WHO are you giving all of this power to? Well… Check out 2020’s FIRST Fertile Ground Podcast here to get really clear on this question: How to know if you’re making the right decisions on the journey to your baby. It’s about time you see and realize that there actually is someone who has all the answers. But you gotta listen to the podcast to find out.

Episode 42 - Guided Meditations + More Fertile in 15

Episode 42 - Guided Meditations + More Fertile in 15

I’m not gonna be a broken record right now and tell you how “meditation is so good for fertility.” Thanks tips. Am I right? You’ve heard it 1479 times before. Maybe you’ve heard it so much that you feel like if you’re not doing it, you’re a bad person. At least that’s how I used to feel… I knew that it was good for me. Yet, my monkey mind had so much resistance to doing it. It would say that meditation is boring AF. But at the SAME time, I also knew how important it was (is) for me to feel connected – and if I stayed consistent – not like every-single-day consistent, but most-days consistent - meditation always left me feeling plugged into the Universe. So I developed a simple, easy, and believe it or not, PLEASURABLE practice that I know contributed greatly to the conception of my baby. Check out this weeks brand new podcast to learn: How to overcome any monkey mind objections you have to meditation and visualization so that you can stay consistent with your practice and start to see real-life results. WHY they work so effectively ad HOW they strengthen your mind-body-fertility connection. How to sign up for my brand new product: More Fertile in 15 – 15-minute guided meditations that’ll leave you more fertile, happier and actually works. Listen now, gorgeous!

Episode 41 - My very personal story to conception

Episode 41 - My very personal story to conception

After years of navigating the fertility journey, I’m thrilled to announce that I’m pregnant. On the road to this life growing and thriving inside of me, I can say without a doubt that there was purpose in my wait. And that purpose was serving you. Which has brought me more joy than I knew possible and has revealed my very best self. I can confidently say that the fertility journey is the best thing that’s ever happened to me – and this isn’t just hindsight. If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that I’ve been saying this and believing it for years before it happened. When life gave me lemons, I made the best f*****g tasting lemonade out there. And my life’s mission is to show you how to do the same. I share my raw, uncensored fertility journey in this week’s podcast. (Some stuff, even the closest people to me don’t know about.) I really do think I owe my story to you and I KNOW that it will fill you with hope that your baby will be here soon 💕

    Episode 40 - Q&A Podcast Part 3

    Episode 40 - Q&A Podcast Part 3

Okay, I like NEVER do this – but this week I’m releasing ANOTHER podcast which is the last of the Q&A. Part 3 is HERE mama-bear! Here are 3 reasons why you should listen: 1. It’ll show you that you’re not alone. Actually, one question is about how to deal with loneliness while TTC, so if you’ve been feelin’ isolated and “WTF – am I the only one?” – then it’s def worth a listen. 2. Just listening will strengthen your mind and body connection. Us women tend to take on 100% responsibility for how the journey is going (which is A LOT of unnecessary pressure on the body) and you’re actually going to learn how to let go of needing all the control and trust that the Universe actually wants to take on a lot of the responsibility. 3. You might surprise yourself. Sometimes I think I have no questions – like, “I’m fine. Sa’ll good…” and then I listen to a Q&A and I’m like, “YES! THAT question! I didn’t even know I had that question running on loop in the back on my mind for too damn long!” SO gorgeous, enjoy the last and final Q&A podcast at your leisure!
