Flood recovery and sensitive environmental land management
This week, Gerard speaks with CMA colleague Elsa Burnell and Environment Manager at the Glenfalloch Station Karen Tymmes.
The conversation commences with a look at the floods on the Macalister River in 2021 and their impact on Glenfalloch as well as the recovery work done with the CMA post floods.
Following this we look at the philosphy Karen brings to the management of the property, acknowledging both traditional ownership of land as wellas embracing the 'stewardship' approach.
