Human Rights, not Security Perspective: A Look at Refugees In South Asia Policy Room

In this episode of Policy Room, Prof. Udayan Das joins Riya Singh Rathore to look at South Asia's collective post-colonial history, how that has made refugees "dangerous" in the collective imaginations, and the role of communalism in that narrative.
