In many relationships we have the idea that if someone really loved us that they would do certain things for us. These ideas that we have can put pressure on the other person we are in relationship with. Knowing the other person is tantamount to understanding their behavior and knowing ourselves is more important than knowing the other person. When we know ourselves and understand what makes us tick, we can relax into understanding and knowing the person we are in relationship with. Love is fragile and yet incredibly strong and powerful. People love in their own ways, or what is now called a "style" but its not that simple. We are complex when it comes to relationships and love. In this podcast I discuss how to address our fear and use it to empower us to empower our relationships.
