This project aims to limit the audience's ability to be misguided by preconceived notions and labels, allowing for a focus on direct experience and the character of content. While any topic is on the table from any perspective, common themes will include consciousness, mitigating human suffering, and the unraveling of our group and internal identities.

After a several-month break, this release introduces my new podcast, The Daily Interlude.
This project offers a brief, regular, and intimate opportunity to gain a clearer awareness of the stories, judgments, and illusions that often covertly obscure the true nature of our daily lives.
