The series features Megan Baker, president and CEO of Baker Public Relations, leading thought-provoking conversations with some of the Capital Region’s most interesting female influencers representing a variety of industries.
The series covers everything from inspiration to overcoming obstacles and allows viewers to learn what makes these women successful. Baker gets candid with her guests in a special segment at the end of each episode called “Baker’s Dozen.” In this part of the episode she asks the guests 13 rapid-fire questions to get to know them on a more personal level.
“The idea for ‘InfluenceHER’ was born by all the inspirational women we connect with through our work in the Capital Region and beyond every day,” said Baker. “As a woman who launched and runs a small business I understand, firsthand, the challenges of switching careers and the demands of growing a company all while balancing family life. I want to give my fellow female colleagues, peers and up-and-coming young professionals a platform to tell their story to inspire other women who may be experiencing similar challenges.”
