So I may have made a terrible mistake by having the 'Introducing You' podcast editor and tech wizard, Robert on the show, I say mistake because he goes a little nuts when on camera or microphone, I think its a nervous thing. I had to record the start of this episode several times owing to his mucking about, I still don't know if it came out 100% right.
Robert is a guy I have known for over 6 years now, but I don't really know him, seeing as this is the entire point of this show I decided to give him a go at being on the podcast rather than just editing it. Towards the end of the episode we really got into some heavy things and I learnt a whole lot of new stuff about one of the people in my life who is fast becoming an amazing friend, and yes, he is American.
On 'Introducing You' I discover that there is, as with most people in our circle of acquaintances and friends; a bigger and more personal story behind what I and most people can know without having the conversation and asking the questions. So here I am, asking the questions.

In this episode I have a conversation with Austrian girl Viktoria; a documentary film maker who works in the fashion industry but also has a keen interest in sustainable living; her reasons for doing so really surprised me.
Viktoria was with a complete stranger, we discuss a subject that I am very interested in but feel most people take too seriously, and even try to ram bad information down peoples throats; because of this I went in quite defensively and interrupted Viktoria quite a bit in the beginning. I eventually let her talk and she did a great job of educating me correctly about sustainable living.
I come across as a bit of a twat, she is just lovely. Enjoy.

This week is a really special one for me, it's a little different to what we normally have but I hope that you will love it as much as you have loved the episodes that have come before it. This episode is on the subject of Deer Hunting or Stalking as it is more commonly known. Something I personally am passionate about as is my guest Jose Souto. I know that it can be a bit of a controversial subject, but many of the issues that people have with this subject I believe can be put into perspective with a little bit of education.

Before we get into deer we speak about Jose’s upbringing in London and the summers he spent in Spain. We discuss how his two Spanish parents moved out of Spain separately before they eventually met here in the UK and how this Spanish heritage helped form his passion for produce, provenance and wild food. I warn you it’s a long episode, but very informative, hope you enjoy, if you have an opinion on the subject then give me a shout.

This show gives me and any and all of my guests the chance to speak about a topic that they know a lot about and the chance for them to educate others on that subject. I am not bias, anyone can be on a show and talk freely about whatever they like whether I agree with it or not.
