This episode we got to interview someone we respect and admire so much. Don is actually a transplant from Chicago, a city rich in music history and community. Community. That word gets thrown around a lot but this episode truly exemplifies that. You wanna hear some good music stories but also want to hear someone explain what community means and why exercising your civic duty is also vital to growth of community? Look no further than episode 53. You'll be that much wiser after having listened to Don's experiences about growing up in Chicago , being involved in the house scene and why he left his city and made his life in Arizona. Plus, we get a little lesson on how to test whether or not someone has that authentic Chicago cuisine down.   

Jamie is a DJ based out of Phoenix who not only likes to spin but has also done some time on the radio. You may have heard her voice over the airwaves at times in case you get a little deja vu on listening. What made this episode a lot of fun was how open Jamie was with looking back on her relationship with music and the city here as well. People often seem embarrassed to really talk about growth on their journey with music. Many will speak on what they've always loved but not on what they USED to love and how that shapes them today.
