    Following a lawsuit, the NCAA has agreed to a settlement that would change how student athletes profit off their name and likeness. But the payout agreement from that settlement only helps the Power 5 Conferences. Tom Wistrcill, Commissioner for the Big Sky Conference — which is not part of the agreement — joins the program to walk listeners through the settlement, and how it’ll affect conferences not named in the lawsuits.

    The Supreme Court has upheld a Republican-drawn congressional district in South Carolina, reversing a lower court that had declared its boundaries an unconstitutional racial gerrymander. The hosts compare that ruling to another recent SCOTUS decision in Louisiana, which appears to be the exact opposite of what they said today.
