This time, Brett talks to Abe Ng, founder and CEO of Sushi Maki - South Florida’s award-winning leader in innovative Japanese cuisine. They go over growing up in a restaurant kitchen, how he was able to make it the second time around, and how working at any job at a restaurant is kind of getting a MBA degree.     

Abe Ng oversees the strategic development and management of the 25 locations owned and operated under the Sushi Maki and Canton Chinese brand names, and is a partner with Whole Foods Markets for sushi stations in the South Florida Region stores. He was recognized as one of the Miami Herald's 20 Under 40 and the South Florida Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, as well as being honored as Ultimate CEO by the South Florida Business Journal and was a regional finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.
