Lee Syatt has been with Diaz as his tech/producer guy for years now and is starting his own podcast now. If you like Ari Shaffir's Skepic Tank you'll like this as well. Lee's friendly and kind charactor rubbes off on his guests and they talk open and freely about stuff. Lee is a great inerviewer and knows how to make the coversation flow without it getting boring. A great great podcast.
