This episode is about a month or more late, I am sorry.   Lack of motivation hit me, but I think I have recovered.  Anyway I am continuing to use a 5k maintenance plan from the Runna app as well as do MAF runs. I am not sure how effective MAF is if you are not consistent.  I guess that I will have to try harder to stick with it.

This is my 3rd podcast of the year, I must be on a roll. I go over what I have been doing training wise from about 1/25 thru 2/11. I have been sticking with my MAF workouts and I believe that I am making gains. Maybe small gains, but gains nonetheless.
