Ivi Casagrande is a former soccer player turned strength and conditioning coach.  She has worked as a strength and conditioning coach with the Orlando Pride of the NWSL and currently works with a team in the FA WSL in England.  She created a Women's Empowerment Network for trainers and coaches last spring  and is always discovering new ways to bring competition and spark to life, even in surprising corners, such as breath work.
