But hey, college football is in full swing and that will get anyone excited. The Ryder Cup is underway and the US and Europe are duking it out at Whistling Straits. Gretchen gets restrictive with Andrew's technology usage. Andrew nerds out on CBA's and uniforms. They talk about a truly inspirational story about a triathlon ironman.

Gretchen and Andrew are at it again only this time, Gretchy-Poo is running things. Figuratively and literally. We learn what you can do with lemons in a smoothie. It may not be for everyone.
