How to make this New Year life changing

How to make this New Year life changing

This episode is a change from the typical interview format. This week is all about New Years resolutions, but more importantly, reflection. This podcast is a blog post I wrote about my past avoidance of making or even discussing New Years resolutions. I found that my distaste for resolutions was my own fear and uncertainty that was holding me back from my true potential and happiness.

In this episode of the MeetMeOutside Podcast I discuss:
    - My own disassociation with RESOLUTIONS vs. SELFISH WANTS
    - How AVOIDANCE leads to UNCERTAINTY and ultimately breeds FEAR
    - Steps to REWIRE your brain for a prosperous New Year
    - Creating your own path to MASTERY
    - And much, much more!
