Monday Morning Push: Leading Conversations of Change As Leaders of Change Life In The Faith Lane

    • Society & Culture

In this episode of Monday Morning Push Daniela Gabrielle tackles the hard conversations profitable + impactful leaders should be having in the Faith Lane. She urges those living live in the Faith Lane to be agents of change in their sphere of influence and let there gifting, talents, education and skill contribute to the changes needed in the world around us.

Reforming racism and the deeply rooted systems of racism is a collaborative work that takes an army of leaders who are willing to get visible and do the work. This episode gives you a pathway to get started as a leader of change. In that pathway, Daniela Gabrielle invites you to join her in the #VisibleForChange challenge. Each day in the month of June she's asking you to use your social media and other platforms to create forward moving dialogue that supports change. Each week on Monday Morning Push, she is providing seven days of prompts for those conversations.

#VisibleForChange Challenge: Days 1-7 Conversation Prompts

Day 1- Introduce yourself, declare your stance on the need for systemic change & share that you’ll be using your platform to be a change agent in your sphere of influence. Make it clear that you stand with those outraged by the inequities in this nation.

Day 2- Introduce yourself again, share why leading systemic change in your sphere of influence is important to you and how what you do fits into the larger picture

Day 3- Introduce yourself again, share a personal experience that awakened you to the need for change. Share your passion and how you plan to use that passion to impact the world around you. Continue to make it clear that you stand with those outraged by the state of injustice and brutality (add whatever else may align with your platform of change)

Day 4- Establish your statement of change. I will be the change I want to see by _________. Connect the dots by inviting those in alignment with your assignment of change taking action- action in conjunction with yours and/or in connection with yours.

Day 5- Disrupt the patterns! Share a disruptive truth in alignment with your assignment of change & industry. Stand bold in how that truth has limited progress and encourage your audience to make a decision to move in a new direction.

Day 6- Be an advocate. Acknowledge that your dimension of change is not the only area that needs reformation or supports reformation. Highlight some other change agents. Interview them. Have dialogue with them. Create healthy conversations that create unity within the community change.

Day 7- Create the solutions. Share ways that your audience can productively thrive, survive or assist in the change that you are producing. Give them tips and action oriented steps to participate in change.
