Please warmly welcome our friend, Damian Mendoza, who has so kindly offered to pick a topic for tonight’s segment. Being well-versed in the food industry, he has many experiences to share on the matter and we are thrilled to discuss it with him and to share with all of you dear listeners.

Jamie and I now are both experienced mall workers. Jamie is lightly seasoned in this field, but we both have lots to say. Now buckle up and prepare for this rather… unique trip to the mall.
