While I was on Covid-19 DMAT Deployment, working on behalf of the CDC, NHS, etc overseeing the quarantine of US citizens returning from the Grand Princess Cruises in San Antonio, TX, Gov. Cuomo changed the date to submit candidate petitions to March 17, 2020. I returned from Deployment on March 22nd.
