This week’s episode is an interview with John Wood, aka @tri_coaching on Instagram. John is swimmer and triathlon and swim coach and it was great to have him on the show to give his advice on swimming and share his experiences of coaching and triathlon racing.
John has been involved in swimming for the last 25 years and competed at National and International levels. John has an expertise in swim coaching and taught for the last 15 years including multiple national finalists and champions. His competing at triathlon has seen him race at 4 European Age Group Championships, with a best placing of 4th in 2012 in Eilat, Israel.
