Had a chance to sit down with Blake Hayes, the girls 2006 FC Alliance ECNL coach, during a tournament at Rocky Top Sports World in Gatlinburg, TN, to go over some of the new rules and guidelines youth soccer has adopted from FIFA. Some grat information for those that are sitting on the sideline and may not understand some of the new calls.

We're back!
