"Coroncoro" Perea was part of the golden generation of la Selección Colombia playing in two FIFA World Cups, Italia '90 and USA '94. Perea was also part of Atlético Nacional's first Copa Libertadores title in 1989 and for the past 20 years he has been living in South Florida, making the switch to fútbol coach with his Coroncoro Soccer Academy in West Kendall.
