This short 5 minute podcast provides information on Clauses 8.5 and 8.6 of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.
The Standards for RTOs state that RTOs must comply with Commonwealth, State and Territory legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to its operations; and that staff and clients need to be informed of these regulatory requirements and any changes that are made that affect the services delivered. Nobody likes complaints and for many RTOs, receiving a complaint from a learner or other stakeholder may be confronting. However responding to complaints can be a useful and important process. 
This short 4 minute podcast provides information around Standard 6 of the Standards for RTOs on complaints and how they can provide an understanding of an RTOs clients’ expectations and experiences.
