Take Your Time's fifth episode revolves around the quest for Academics, as Jonathon and Tom race against the clock to see if they can win Mitsuru's favor as smart boys or be forever cast aside as dummies among the S.E.E.S. Crew. More specifically, the two break down how they spent their days ahead of exams in Persona 3 Reload's month of May. This includes everything from learning about the May blues and other science experiments (leading to some personal study tangents), to how they spent afternoons and evenings with a limited set of social link opportunities available.

The hosting duo also digs a bit into two new storytelling devices introduced this week, with the arrival of both linked episodes and study sessions. The two dissect the differences between these and standard social links in Persona 3 Reload, and discuss the climactic showdown as they study to their brains' content and hope for the fabled level 3 Academics. Plus, they answer some fan questions and read listener comments, introduce a new trivia question, and offer a shocking (aka, not that shocking) apology from Jonathon.
