Episode 23 - Chris and James - Britcar Champions
In this episode we chat to drivers Chris Overend and James Whitley who reflect on their stunning performance in 2022 and how it feels to be reigning Britcar champions!
Chris and James were crowned champions of Britcar in October 2022 despite it being the first ever year of racing for them both.
In 2023 they'll be stepping up to GT4 racing in a McLaren 570S GT4, competing in the British Endurance Championship. -
Episode 22 - Bobby and Aaron look back on 2022
In this episode, we catch up with GT4 drivers Bobby Trundley and Aaron Morgan, to look back on the 2022 racing season.
2022 saw the pair make history as the first all-disabled team to enter the British GT Championship, which they went on to finish with a P2 class trophy.

Charles has a lengthy career in motorsport, having raced himself and built up Daytona into one of the best-loved karting providers in the UK.
Charles has been part of the lift of Team BRIT driver Bobby Trundley for years. Hear how Charles saw Bobby learn his craft through karting and why he went on to support KartForce, Bobby and Team BRIT. -
Episode 20 - Paul Fullick on supporting Ukraine
In this episode we talk to Team BRIT driver Paul Fullick who is chair and trustee of newly formed charity, Ukraine Sunflower Aid.
The charity is doing incredible work to support Ukraine by organising the transportation of crucial aid. Their work has grown from runs of vans carrying donated aid, to meticulously planned HGV journeys taking across valuable medical equipment.

Episode 19 - Meet Team BRIT Rookie, Paul Fullick
In this episode we catch up with Paul Fullick from Fareham in Southampton.
Paul is a former army officer. He survived a life threatening diving incident which left him with limited walking ability, reduced strength, problems speaking and communicating and forced his early retirement from the Army.
He began working for himself, buying and restoring cars as a qualified mechanic, and taking on incredible charity challenges.
Paul began riding motorbikes as a teenager and is now the south area representative for the UK Gay Bikers Motorcycle Club. On a touring trip to Wales in 2021, he was involved in an accident which resulted in the loss of his right leg.
He was in hospital for a month and just a week after being discharged was back riding his bike. He was introduced to Team BRIT by charity Blesma and had his race licence within a matter of weeks. He is now signed as a rookie driver and is racing our BMW 118i in the Britcar Trophy Championship. -
Episode 18 - Motorsport and Money - Mike Scudamore
In this episode we chat to Team BRIT Commercial Director Mike Scudamore.
Mike Joined the team in September 2015 to assist Team Principal Dave Player in creating a strategic sponsorship acquisition strategy.
Mike has a wealth of commercial experience from his time in F1 with the team that started out as Virgin Racing before morphing into the Marussia F1 Team. Mike then set up Apex Sports Marketing in October 2014, working with rights holders to secure sponsorship and with brands on their sponsorship activations such as incentives and hospitality programmes.
Mike has been instrumental in securing the long-term financial future of Team BRIT and continues to work towards raising the required funds to get the team to Le Mans and to build a sustainable ladder of motorsport development for disabled drivers.
He tells us how he built his motorsport career and just how you go about funding a racing team.
