    Freaky or Cringey?

    Freaky or Cringey?

Nikki & Brie are back on the mic for a little midweek pick-me-up!

The conversation today is all about confidence, feeling sexy, and intimacy after kids. Brie’s been working on feeling more confident and goes into detail about the work she’s been doing to match the self-assurance she had before kids and how she still feels the echoes of being the only mom on Total Divas and how she felt in the locker room during that time.

Nikki’s also struggling with the idea of having a second child and what it would really mean for her energy, creating balance, the potential age gap, and some of her feelings about giving Matteo a brother or sister. Brie has some experience with two kids and some of the chaos that they bring.

Nikki & Brie also get into their Easter plans, matching outfits, and getting the kids involved in daily prayer, and more.

Brie’s grateful for the role that her French Bulldog, Winston, has played not only in her life, but her marriage.

Brie closes out the episode with an Inspiration & Affirmation that gave Nicole goosebumps, so you know it’s special!

    Who Made You King Here?

    Who Made You King Here?

Nikki has a new nickname that caught Brie off guard. Brie’s fresh off her parent teach conferences with some feedback about Birdie and Buddy. Nikki took a moment to reflect on Matteo’s growth after watching him in school and now it’s time for a step up, but is Nikki really ready for it?

As the mothers of toddlers, Nikki and Brie also have to speak out about their recent experiences with strangers at the playground. Nikki has a long list of things she doesn’t like to see at playgrounds, mostly behavior from the adults, and Brie loves the learning opportunities that playgrounds can bring. Nikki & Brie also have a fun routine that they do with Buddy & Matteo that Bryan wasn’t so excited about, so it opened Brie up to a new way to approach others when something happens on the playground that she doesn’t like: talking to them like they’re a toddler.

Nikki also wants to lodge a formal complaint against the way people act at the gym, she’s not interested in cleaning up after grown men at the gym. Nikki’s seeing a lot of progress with her workouts, but she and Brie would prefer to skip leg day; pants would be easier to put on without sore legs.

Brie shares her Inspiration & Affirmation, which is all about mindset, and then Nikki & Brie send their well wishes to Kate Middleton and their thoughts on the way she’s been treated over the past few weeks.

Nikki’s ahead of the curve when it comes to Spring Cleaning, a process she’s been ready for since she started dating Artem. This is also a great time to learn about the Three R’s when it comes to sustainability, or maybe the Four R’s now.

Brie’s also dealing with some incredibly growing kids, and it’s tough to keep up with them. Brie also had a unique approach to Birdie and Buddy’s attempt to catch a Leprechaun on St. Patrick’s Day. Brie also ponders why we feel good after some holidays and bad after others. Lately Nikki & Brie’s power walks have motivated Nikki to revisit some unfulfilled dreams, reassessing priorities and Brie is all about Spring Cleaning her mind and exploring some new business opportunities.

Nikki also has a BIG update about Artem’s family, and it’s pretty thrilling for everyone, and that energy has her brain working overtime with ideas. Then Nikki & Brie also check in on some audience responses about their Spring Cleaning.

Shine a Light: Women’s History Month

Nikki’s been pulled in a lot of different directions lately, but a little insomnia motivated them to reconnect with her appreciation for the accomplishments of other women. Brie’s been thinking about how much society and culture have changed for women in the past century in big and small ways.

They also shine a spotlight on some women from the past and present who have had huge impacts on their lives and the lives of many women around the world, including Mia Hamm, Susan B. Anthony, biologist Rachel Carson, Mother Teresa, and Environmentalist Marina Silva.

Nikki & Brie also talk about their deep respect for Jennifer Lopez, her journey to the top, what she’s meant for other women, the confidence she gave them as teenagers, and the admiration they have for her, especially after self-funding and producing her new documentary and album that follows her journey to self-love, The Greatest Love Story Never Told,

Brie’s also been having some hilarious, but frustrating mornings with Buddy during school drop off lately and Nikki’s having a far different experience with Matteo.
