Customer Reviews
Favorite bike-commute podcast.
The sailing-anecdote in episode 164 had me laughing so bad I had to pull over in trafic, and a worried bystander asked me if I was OK 💪💃🏼🤪
So inspirational
I absolutely love this podcast! Was listening to the episode from 2016 (cause I need to listen chronological, cause that just who I am as a person) about periods and when I went to the supermarket later to buy pads and tampons, I noticed a sign saying 3 for 89. So I took 2 packs of tampons and one pack of pads, but wen I went to pay, and there was a young man behind the desk, the price was much higher than 89. I thought at first I’m not going to say anything cause it’s a man, and it’s embarrassing cause it’s periods and bla bla, but then I realized I’m a feminist! I was like hell no, let me make this guy really uncomfortable by asking him, if the prize was a mistake. He said it was not a mistake and I told him I only needed one pack of tampons then. He was SO uncomfortable because now he had to touch the package again, but he was so uncomfortable that he removed the pads instead and not the tampons. Afterwards I said that he removed the wrong package and he was so uncomfortable knowing that he had to touch the packs of tampons and pads again. This was so amusing to me, and I felt quite good and proud that I didn’t shamelessly just bought 3 packs of pads and tampons but actually confronted this guy about the prize.
GO FEMINISM!!
I love it!
Best podcast out there! It is funny and heart felt, and they are not afraid to talk about the tough subjects. Great selection of guests, too.
