    In this episode we chat about some of the really cool adventures she has undertaken. Including a channel islands triathlon and a kayaking adventure down the length of the Volga river in Russia. We look at the kit needed, the planning (or lack of) planning required, and how adventure is accessible to everyone.

    This weeks brilliant guest is an incredible woman called Laura Bingham. She's a UK based adventurer who recently embarked on a fantastic journey across South America on her push bike without the aid of any money, while also raising money for a charity.
    In this episode we talk all about Laura's journey, her fears and experiences. We also look at the kit she took, and how she prepared for the trip. We then look at how over the course of the journey her kit changed, and how she had to adapt to survive. It's a phenomenal chat, and she shares some really great insights!

    This weeks guest is Jack McCormack who is an outdoor and bushcraft enthusiast. He is also one of a very few people in the UK who are on an army scholarship, which is helping put him through 6th form and university, before going onto Sandhurst Military Academy.
    In this chat we look at his military scholarship and how he is building up his skill set ready for his future role in the army. We look at the skills he is building and how other people of his age can get out and about more!

    This weeks guest is Rupert Titley who is a UK based Knife and sheath maker. He runs a really successful Tumblr blog along with a growing social following where he showcases knives he has made a modified.
    In this chat we look at knife making, knife modifications, knife steels. sheath types and even discuss why custom knives cost what they do. It's a really interesting conversation with a really cool guy!
