    Alan S. Questel is a Trainer in the Feldenkrais Method, a method that reorganizes connections between the brain and body and so improve body movement and psychological state. He has taught at Princeton University, S.U.N.Y. College at Purchase, the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology, the New York Open Center. Alan lectures and teaches at hospitals, colleges and Feldenkrais Professional Training Programs throughout the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, Brazil, Colombia and throughout Europe. An actor before becoming interested in the Feldenkrais Method, Alan worked and toured with Jerzy Grotowski and Paul Sills. He taught Feldenkrais for Actors for several years at the New Actors Workshop in New York, run by Mike Nichols, George Morrison and Paul Sills.
