In this case we are talking about the murders of Melanie and the attempted murder of Josh Davis on August 12, 2012 Zachary decided to kill his mother with a sledgehammer nearly nearly striking her 20 times and then went into the families, playroom and doused it with whiskey, and then gasoline before lighting it to ablaze. Then Josh, the brother was woken up by the smoke alarm or fire alarm and he ran into his mothers room and had found his her lifeless body. Josh had ran out of the room and out of the house in stories, had found Zack 10 miles away from the crime scene.
