    Today on the show, I am honored to have Christine Conti. 
    Christine is an international fitness educator, chronic disease wellness specialist, and recipient of the IDEA World 2023 Fitness Professional of the Year. She is the CEO of CONTI: a woman-owned enterprise offering keynote speaking, chronic disease wellness, mindset coaching, and continuing education for fitness professionals, schools, and private companies. Christine is also the best-selling author of SPLIT-SECOND COURAGE, the host of Two Fit Crazies and a Microphone Podcast, co-founder of REINVENTING THE WOMAN INTERNATIONAL, a triathlete guide for special needs athletes, and a 4x IRONMAN.

    Her story is nothing short of incredible. After receiving a life-altering diagnosis at the age of 30 Christine's world was completely turned upside down, forcing her to reinvent herself and embrace her new health challenges head on.

    In today's conversation, we talk about Christine's battle with chronic disease, how she transformed her pain into purpose, her relentless spirit and profound insights into overcoming fear and self-doubt, the power of choice and believing in yourself, and how with with the right mindset, there's really nothing you can't do.

    Thanasi is a former professional basketball player and Body Systems alumnus. He is also the Founder and President of Life Managed, a fee-only fiduciary independent privately owned financial planning and investment management firm in Phoenix.

    Mike is a world-renowned strength and conditioning coach, weight cut coach, author, nutrition and fitness expert, and motivational speaker. He is best known for managing the weight cuts of UFC athletes such as Johny Hendricks, Ronda Rousey, and Thiago Alves. He is also the creator of the Dolce Diet.
    In today's conversation, we chop it up about what it's like training elite M MA athletes and how Mike's nutritional philosophy sets him apart as the only coach in the UFC with a 100% success rate.
