Checking into a continental football hotel, it’s Jimbo, James Horncastle, Rafa Honigstein, Julien Laurens and Alvaro Romeo.

The title races in Spain and France are going right down to the wire as Lille slip up but are still a point ahead while Atletico strike late to stay 2 points clear heading into the final day.

Dortmund secure silverware and a top 4 finish which might be enough to hang on to their stars.

Sporting are champions of Portugal for the first time in 19 years, with a young team and a very young and talented manager.

Juventus remain outside the top 4 heading into the last day of the season, despite a bizarre Derby d’Italia victory over Inter.

Plus Andre Silva to Man City, Zinedine Zidane’s future and the runners and riders in Eurovision this Saturday.

    Tumbled down that escalator

    Tumbled down that escalator

It’s a weekend that reminds us why we love football, relived by Jimbo, Daniel Storey, Charlie Eccleshare and Adrian Clarke.

Leicester win their first ever FA Cup. A classic cup final by dint of having one of the great cup final goals and cup final saves. How many clubs are feeling silly for turning their nose up at Brendan Rodgers? And are Chelsea in danger of being over-coached by Thomas Tuchel?

It’s a horrible weekend for Chelsea as they lose the Women’s Champions League final 4-0 to Barcelona. Like Tuchel, which selections did Emma Hayes get wrong?

Alisson becomes the first goalkeeper to score a winning goal in the Premier League, as we remember some of our favourite goalie goals. He keeps Liverpool’s top 4 hopes alive. And there’s the race to avoid the Conference League.

Plus why can’t Ancelotti fix Everton’s home form? Will England select Grealish? And should Arsenal cash in on Willock?

    RUNNING ORDER:

    • PART 1: How does anyone not like football? (01m 00s)
    • PART 2: Leicester win the FA Cup, with Joe Brewin (05m 30s)
    • PART 3a: Alisson’s last-minute winner (27m 00s)
    • PART 3b: Everton 0-1 Sheffield United (38m 00s)
    • PART 4a: The rest of the Premier League weekend (43m 00s)
    • PART 4b: Chelsea 0-4 Barcelona in the WCL final, with Matt Davies-Adams (54m 00s)
    • PART 5: The odds with Paddy Power (58m 00s)
    • PART 6: Who’s winning the Championship play-offs? (60m 00s)

    You can’t outrun maths

    You can’t outrun maths

Jimbo welcomes Michael Cox, Dominic Fifield and Duncan Alexander into the pod to preview some big cup finals.

Chelsea face Leicester in the FA Cup final, with both sides experiencing contrasting fortunes in midweek in the Premier League. Joe Brewin tells us how winning this competition would mean more to Foxes fans than a top 4 finish.

Speaking of the Blues, Katie Whyatt helps us preview the Champions League final with the finest WSL team ever assembled, against heavy favourites Barcelona. Perhaps an exciting new dawn for the sport.

We salute Man City - champions of England, a team that made esteemed opposition look like idiots.

We chat Palace with Dom, who says fans should be prepared to bid farewell to Roy Hodgson and we get an overdue bigging up of Benteke.

Michael finds out who he will face in the Inter Totally Cup final as Julien Laurens takes on Benji Lanyado in the semi-final.

Plus Greenwood for England, Ings for City and remembering that Aguero goal 9 years on.

    RUNNING ORDER:

    • PART 1: Manchester City are champions (04m 30s)
    • PART 2: FA Cup final preview with Joe Brewin (10m 30s)

The most beautiful club in the world

The most beautiful club in the world

Jimbo and the Euro crew of James Horncastle, Rafa Honigstein, Julien Laurens and Alvaro Romeo take apart another dramatic weekend across the continent.

Lille are closing in on a first title in 10 years as we pay tribute to their recruitment. Meanwhile PSG are purchasing Prince vinyl.

Bayern Munich are champions of Germany again and have their eyes on 10 in a row. Can Lewandowski break Gerd Muller’s Bundesliga goals record this season?

Dortmund are back in the top 4 thanks to their saviour Sancho. Is he still underrated outside of Germany?

Milan destroy a Juventus team who are jaded and playing without purpose. Will they miss out on the top 4 and lose Ronaldo? Or could they even be thrown out of Serie A?

And the top 4 in Spain all go head to head. But will it be head to head that decides the title?

    RUNNING ORDER:

    • PART 1: Moment of the weekend (02m 30s)
    • PART 2: Bayern are champions, Dortmund are back in the top 4 (05m 30s)

Jimbo, Adam Hurrey, Carl Anka and Daniel Storey are back as the race for Champions League football takes more twists and turns.

Leicester suffer a shock defeat at home to Newcastle. Are they set to slip out of the top 4 again? And how much blame would come Brendan Rodgers’ way?

His old club Liverpool are back in the mix. Should the Reds be chasing the top 4? Or do they risk missing out and ending up in the Conference League by mistake?

West Ham are beaten by Everton as Calvert-Lewin enters Harry Kane territory. The Ryan Mason experiment appears to be over. Plus Man City are beaten by Chelsea as both managers seem to be trying to throw the other off the scent ahead of the Champions League final.

Plus Nayim from the halfway line, geese and rock, paper, scissors with Marcus Rashford.

    Transfers are the philosophy

    Transfers are the philosophy

Jimbo is joined by Michael Cox, Duncan Alexander and Tom Williams as the 2021 Champions League final becomes set in stone.

Chelsea and Man City both overcome Real Madrid and PSG with relative ease in the semi-finals. Are they the two best clubs in Europe? And should the final be happening in England?

James Horncastle joins us for his take on Roma’s shock move for Mourinho as their new manager and the size of the task at hand.

We look ahead to a Premier League weekend where Arsenal could relegate Allardyce, while City and Chelsea could engage in a phoney war.

Defending champion Michael takes on Sasha Goryunov in the first semi-final of the Inter Totally Cup.

Plus tears in football and why Leeds v Spurs will be like a tennis match.
