I'm still defining myself as an individual. I want to use my transparency to be a testament to young women like myself, to understand: we do not have to have it all figured out in our 20s. There is enough time to do everything we want to do in this life if we just stay present and stay focused.

    Episode 5 | A Month In Review

In this episode, I wrap up my first month in LA. I'm still in the process of finding work that fuels me creatively and financially (let's be honest lol). However, I still am trying to figure out the best ways to go about life without control being at the forefront of those decisions. I'm learning to move freely and to live with intention so that I can approach the best opportunities with passion they deserve, when they do arrive. I speak on coexistence, autonomy, love and manifestation. Let's chat and reflect!

Episode 3 | A Letter To the Old Me

Episode 3 | A Letter To the Old Me

In this episode, I want to share a bit of my past with you. I'm writing a letter to the me before, the person who created the me in this very moment. I think it's important to not only forgive the people who have hurt us, but to also forgive ourselves for the decisions we made at that particular time. I honor the work I've put in to better myself, for myself, in these past 20 years. I hope this will inspire you to accept the person you were before, so you can enjoy the person you are right now.

Episode 2 | While Dealing With Misogyny Pt. 2

    PT. 2

In this episode, I want to continue the discussion on misogyny but with a better focus on how you can maneuver your way in similar situations with intention. I will be listing examples and scenarios that will give YOU control over your responses and actions instead of the oppressor

The reality is, women are still killed for polite rejection. If I can help teach ONE woman to be more mindful when it comes to dealing with misogyny that's enough for me. It's enough for me to share what I have done to survive so that even just one listener can do the same.

Episode 1 | While Dealing With Misogyny

Episode 1 | While Dealing With Misogyny

It’s the first episode of my podcast WOO! Today I wanted to discuss a pretty touchy topic and that is misogyny and internalized misogyny within our society. I had a recent revelation after being hit in the face last night at a party by a girl who had no idea that she was protecting a misogynistic boy. This boy had groped two young girls, one of them being a minor.

It made me realize this was something not only horrifically nostalgic, but sickening to see in flesh. Misogyny and internalized misogyny are issues that are intertwined, both of which are rooted in the prejudice against women. Women should not have to be objectified for their existence and I want men to ESPECIALLY understand that.

I speak about lessons I learned from intervening, how you can support the women in your society and where these ideals originate from. This is a climatic point of reclaiming the strength that is womanhood and inviting men to stop being a apart of the problem and be the end of hatred against women.
