Feeling lost, fucked up, and just plain unhappy with yourself? This one's for you. Shit gets real. It's a packed house with Junior, Slim, Sash, Juan, and myself. There will always be peaks and valleys. Some of those valleys are deep. Others don't seem to end. We're all at different levels but even if you're laying at the bottom you're not alone. People have been where you are, even further down into the pit, and still scaled the walls back to the surface. It's easier said than done when you're past the point where you can see the light. That's when you grow the most. Or you could continue to grow roots into the recesses of your mind while wasting the most valuable and temporary gift you could ever hope to experience (your fucking life). The choice is yours. Don't let others bury you alive. Friends and family are the best at this. It is never too late to start loving yourself or at least treating yourself a bit better. Hope doesn't get you off the couch. Getting the fuck up does. The couch is your greatest enemy if you want to get shit done. FUCK IT. Oh and the Internet is extremely important. We touch on that.
