Trekabout Patron Special 31: JFK
Richard managed to talk Eric into covering the 1991 film Oliver Stone film JFK. (First released July 2018.) What happened to the 30th patron special, you may ask? The finished episode has somehow been lost. We still have the raw audio, but Eric is too lazy to reedit it. Every great work of art has a lost piece–Trekabout is no exception.

A casual, but thoughtful discussion of Star Trek
I've been listening to this podcast alongside my own first viewing of Star Trek and it has enhanced the experience a great deal. The hosts are witty and always make me think about something I wouldn't otherwise. I like the whole concept with Richard having never watched it before and Eric being all sly about his own knowledge. It really makes for great banter. Until I caught up I was always a bit sad when I hadn't watched the episodes yet, cause then I couldn't listen to more Trekabout. They hit on all fronts: philosophy, character, storytelling, tropes , you name it. They really make you appreciate Star Trek on a whole other level. It's just a great podcast. I can't wait to hear more.
