In this episode, I talk about how turbocharging works and the history of this technology. Turbocharging has been around for more than 100 years and used in lots of forms of transportation such as ships, trains, airplanes, and cars. Turbocharging has lots of advantages such as improved power and efficiency but also has downsides such as turbo lag. Turbocharging is pretty common in modern cars to improve efficiency, but throughout history, turbocharging has been used to make power. Examples of big power turbo cars include group B rally cars and formula 1 cars in the 1980s
