Not only is she the founder of AA4H (Asian Americans For Housing and Environmental Justice), she converted her family-owned restaurant Revolutionario Tacos to a mutual aid hub providing culture-specific food to those who need food assistance, particularly elders. She is also a founder and editor of Gidra Magazine.
