We're back! After a one month hiatus the Wolf Mentality podcast is here to stay. Just a quick 15 minute rundown of why there was a break, what changes there will be to the podcast going forward, and an update on my recent video content and attempt to get a job at Barstool Sports.

Tommy O'Regan is a NYC-based stand up comedian set to headline Caroline's on Broadway on February 4th as part of their Breakout Artist Comedy Series. Tommy moved from Boston to New York to pursue comedy after his hockey career was cut short while playing at Harvard University. Tommy has opened for well-known comedians such as Bill Burr and Francis Ellis, headlined his own shows, and co-wrote a sketch comedy show called The Barstool Variety Hour on Barstool Sports with Francis Ellis. Tommy also discusses why open mics suck, his experience competing for a job at Barstool Sports, his goals for the future, and much more!

Bridget Sloan won the silver medal in gymnastics at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, a World Championship in 2009, and was a 9x NCAA champion with the University of Florida. Currently, Bridget is an ESPN analyst and also works in sales in Orlando, Florida. She recounts her time competing at the Olympics, overcoming injury to make the team, her training regimen, and rediscovering her passion for gymnastics while competing in college.
