Today is the last day to register for a mail-in ballot to vote in primary elections across the state. State Elections Director Ryan Cowley joins the show to talk all things elections and how you can more conveniently perform your civic duty of voting for elected officials. 

 


Last night, the Salt Lake City area reached a record high low temperature of 78 degrees. KSL 5 TV's Matt Johnson breaks down what effect it can have when it doesn't cool down enough in the evenings. The hosts also discuss how warm overnight temperatures can affect a person's sleep.

But unexpectedly high temperatures this Spring has led to large runoff in local rivers. Spencer Cannon, Sergeant with Utah County Sheriff's Office, joins Taylor and Greg to remind listeners about the precautions they should be taking when recreating near rivers and streams.
