In episode 2 we introduce the topic of gaslighting. We describe what it is, what it sounds like, why people tend to gaslight others & the stages of gaslighting. We use popular movies and shows to help place the concept in the real world as well as suggest a few ways to help victims of gaslighting. As always it important to let you know we're not licensed therapists, but we do conduct this research in the hopes of helping anyone who may need it. 

In today's episode your roommates have a talkxic therapy session on different types of anxiety as you guys asked. We talk about our own experience and what we did to deal with these situations along with some embarrassing stories that you will find yourself relating to in some way or another.
