The next Mornington Peninsula Shire Council elections will be held Saturday, 24 October 2020.

Given the COVID restrictions the 2020 elections will be conducted entirely by postal vote.

Voting packs will be mailed out at the beginning of October with all the details on how to vote.

Candidates will have very little opportunity to personally campaign relying on social media and outdoor advertising and pamphlets.

Sorrento News offered the 7 candidates vying for the 2 seats in the Nepean Ward the opportunity to record a podcast where they could talk about why they should be voted in.

All candidates were invited to get in touch for an interview.
