It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to hang up the microphone, for now. Because of the amount of time it takes to produce the podcast multiple times a week, I don't have the time to consistently produce content at the level and quality that I want, and that I know my listeners want as well. 

Thank you to everyone that has supported and encouraged me through this, I will miss it dearly! And who knows? Maybe we can start it back up again in the future!

Today is May 18, 2021. Lumber prices are through the roof and may dampen the economic recovery. Biden’s child tax credit is set to start in July. And an abortion rights case will see the Supreme Court.
