Squad Talk Cameron Lovell

In this episode we talk about the four women in the United States Congress known as "the squad", this includes who they are and the things they have done. The four women are Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Ayanna Pressley, and Rashida Tlaib. All four of them have great historical significance considering their race, religion, and gender. I go into depth about why this is important and how they have struggled being a minority. They all have very interesting and unique backgrounds and stories of how they got elected to congress. All of them have also done many great things whist in congress and believe in various types of issues. This episode also notes their role in modern day politics and how they have influenced millennial politics.
