Hi everyone! Welcome to this podcast Active Voices. My name is Allison and I’m Arwen, and we’re two high school students who are passionate about mental health. In this podcast, we hope to shed some light on factors, such as cultural expectations or school, impacting mental health issues, such as depression or anxiety.
