Last week we touched on some deep topics about harassment towards women, and feeling safe as a woman. This week with all that has happened in the world, we wanted to take this time to discuss our thoughts around: violence against women, gun violence and some light abortion discussion. We had a lot of emotion and passion build up and we really wanted to give you our thoughts and work through our feelings with all of you. We know these are heavy topics and they may be triggering for many of you. We hope that no matter where you fall on the spectrum that you can take something away from this. Thanks for listening! 

This week we are discuss a rang of different topics. We talk about how Women's History Month came to be. We discuss how even in 2021 as women we have to be on guard 24/7. The many ways we are told to just blend in to avoid harm. How we can't walk down the street with out being cat called, followed, etc. We discuss how we need to stand up and show up for other women and what being a women means to us. There may be a few detours in the journey, but we hope you enjoy! 

It's hard to believe that is has almost been a year since the Covid shut downs and stay at home orders. We are all feeling the effects of 2020 and 2021. This week we take a moment to just check in with each other. We walk about the stress in our day to day lives and how we are trying to form better habits and do a better job of taking acre of our selves. We are tired, and delirious but we hope you enjoy.  And remember it's okay not to be okay. 

Is Prince Charming real? Should we expect the world from our romantic partners? Should we gonna put a ring on it? This week we had so much h fun discussing our thoughts and hang ups around the institution and commitment of marriage. We discuss the work and views of Alain de Botton and try and work through all the societal pressures around finding your happily ever after with Prince Charming. Hope you enjoy!

It's Valentines Day... or Galantines day... or singles awareness day... No matter what you're celebrating today we highly recommend pouring yourself a drink popping your head phones in and joining us on a wild ride. We are joined by one of our dearest friends for this special V-day episode. His name is Ryan and we know you all are going to love him. We drink, we catch up, and we sort of talk about dirty talk. It's a real rollercoaster of an episode but it's full of laughter and good times, and maybe a few tips on getting to be a better dirty talker. Most likely not though.
